Parking at Trailside

Any parking, other than a home’s driveway and garage, on Trailside requires a parking permit.  This includes, but is not limited to roads and parking lots. Any space that is numbered is a reserved space for the home with that lot number.

If you are new to the community and want to apply for a parking pass, complete this form: Trailside Parking form and email it to [email protected] with your vehicle registration (with property address on it) and a copy of your lease (if you are not the owner).

For all other parking pass concerns, please email Karen Sine at [email protected] and include your address.

Trailside Final Pkg Regs 2018 – Please be familiar with these Trailside Parking Regulations!

This is an example of the current Trailside Parking Stickers.  The number on the Parking Passes should be the same as your lot number and the same as your reserved spaces.

Below is an example of the Trailside Visitor Hangtag.  Again, the number will coinside with your property lot number.  Visitor hangtags are for VISITORS and should not be used for more than 14 days.

Here are some important points to remember from the Parking Regulations!

  • Towing times are 1AM – 6AM, 7 days/week for invalid or no passes. For other violations, such as parking in a fire lane and double parking, towing can occur at any time without notice.
  • If a hangtag is lost or part of a sticker is not returned, a $200/pass replacement fee will be assessed.
  • All owners/residents will be required to fill out the resident information form to obtain passes. You will receive up to 2 permanent stickers and 1 visitor hang tags.  Copies of registrations will need to be shown indicating that the vehicle is legally titled to someone who lives in Trailside.
  • All unit owners must be current with their fees in order to receive their passes.
  • Tenants must provide a copy of their lease to management in order to ensure they reside on property.
