Architectural Changes
Please keep in mind that any changes o the exterior of your home (including color changes) needs to have an approved Architecture Change Request (ARC) form. This includes new/replacement decks, patios, fences, paint color changes, sheds, roof, etc. The form must be filled out and signed by the homeowner. The approval process CAN take up to 30 days to complete, please make sure you plan accordingly and receive approval in enough time to begin your project.
Please see the ARC – Design Guidelines and complete the ARC Application. Email [email protected] the completed form along with a current photo of the item being replaced and a photo or link of the proposed new door. I will send that to the board and let you know their decision.
